WLAN/4/WAPI_CERT_NEARLY_EXPIRED: OID [oid] The WAPI certificate is nearly expired. (SecurityProfileName=[STRING], CertType=[STRING], CertFileName=[STRING], CertStartTime=[STRING], CertEndTime=[STRING])

The validity period of the WAPI certificate loaded to the security profile is less than 30 days.

Parameters

Name Meaning

oid

Indicates the ID of a MIB object.

SecurityProfileName

Indicates the name of a security profile.

CertType

Indicates the type of a certificate. The value can be:
  • ac
  • asu
  • issuer

CertFileName

Indicates the name of a WAPI certificate file.

CertStartTime

Indicates the start time of WAPI certificate validity.

CertEndTime

Indicates the end time of WAPI certificate validity.

Impact on the System

After the WAPI certificate expires, users using this certificate cannot access the network.

Possible Causes

The validity period of the WAPI certificate loaded to the security profile is less than 30 days.

Procedure

  1. Check whether the current system time is correct.

    • If so, go to step 3.

    • If not, go to step 2.

  2. Change the system time.

    • If the alarm persists, go to step 3.
    • If the alarm is cleared, go to step 5.

  3. Replace the certificate before it expires.

    • If the alarm persists, go to step 4.
    • If the alarm is cleared, go to step 5.

  4. Collect alarm, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel.
  5. End.
