Possible Causes

Cause 1: The lower temperature alarm threshold of the AP (device, environment, CPU, NP chip, or IRF) was not properly set.

Cause 2: The AP (device, environment, CPU, NP chip, or IRF) temperature was too low.

Procedure

Run the display ap-system-profile { all | name profile-name } command to check whether the lower temperature alarm threshold is set properly.
- If so, go to Step 3.
- If not, go to Step 2.
Run the low-temperature [ ap-environment | cpu | np ] threshold min-temperature command to set a proper lower temperature alarm threshold.
- If the alarm persists, go to Step 3.
- If the alarm is cleared, go to Step 5.
Increase the ambient temperature by turning up air-conditioners.
- If the alarm persists, go to Step 4.
- If the alarm is cleared, go to Step 5.
Collect trap, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support.
