Configuring the ACL resource allocation mode

Context

The default ACL resource allocation mode is Normal. In Normal mode, the ACL does not support matching of destination IPv6 addresses. If matching destination IPv6 address is required, switch the ACL resource allocation mode to NAC.

Only the S2720-EI, S5720I-SI, S5720-LI, S5720S-LI, S5720S-SI, S5720-SI, S5730S-EI, S5730-SI, S6720-LI, S6720S-LI, S6720S-SI, and S6720-SI support this command.

Procedure

  1. (Optional) Run the display system resource-template [ slot slot-id ] command to display information about the system resource template.
  2. Run the system-view command to enter the system view.
  3. Run the assign resource-template acl-mode { nac | normal } [ slot slot-id ] command to configure the ACL resource allocation mode.

    The default ACL resource allocation mode is Normal.

    After configuring the ACL resource allocation mode, save the configuration, and restart the device for the configuration to take effect.
