Verifying the CFM Configuration

Procedure

• Run the display cfm md [ md-name ] command to verify the MD configuration.
• Run the display cfm ma [ md md-name [ ma ma-name ] ] command to verify detailed information about an MA.
• Run the display cfm mep [ md md-name [ ma ma-name [ mep-id mep-id ] ] ] command to verify detailed information about a MEP.
• Run the following commands to view detailed information about an RMEP.

  • display cfm remote-mep md md-name ma ma-name mep-id mep-id

  • display cfm remote-mep [ md md-name [ ma ma-name ] ] [ cfm-state { up | down | disable } ]

• Run the display cfm mip [ interface interface-type interface-number | level level ] command to verify information about a MIP.
• Run the display cfm default md command to verify the default MD configuration.
• Run the display cfm error-info error-type unexpected-mep [ md md-name ma ma-name mep-id mep-id ] command to verify incorrect configurations of the specified error type.
• Run the display cfm mp-info [ interface interface-type interface-number [ level md-level ] [ inward | outward ] [ vlan vlanid | no-associated-vlan ] ] command to verify information about CFM objects on the specified interface or VLAN.
• Run the display oam global configuration command to verify the MP address model.
