Monitoring the Running Status of IPv6 DNS

Context

In routine maintenance, you can run the following commands in any view to check the running status of IPv6 DNS.

Procedure

  • Run the display dns server [ vpn-instance vpn-instance-name | all ] command to check information about a DNS server.
  • Run the display dns domain [ vpn-instance vpn-instance-name | all ] command to check information about domain name suffixes.
  • Run the display ipv6 host [ vpn-instance vpn-instance-name | all ] command to check IPv6 static DNS entries.
  • Run the display dns ipv6 dynamic-host [ vpn-instance vpn-instance-name | all ] command to check IPv6 dynamic DNS entries.
