Resetting Keepalive Packet Statistics on a Tunnel Interface

Context

When you need to calculate and analyze statistics on a tunnel interface, you can reset existing statistics to ensure you can obtain accurate statistics.

After you reset Keepalive packet statistics on a specified tunnel interface, statistics on the number of Keepalive probes and Keepalive reply packets are cleared.

The cleared Keepalive packet statistics cannot be restored. Exercise caution when you run the command.

Procedure

Run the system-view command to enter the system view.
Run the interface tunnel interface-number command to enter the tunnel interface view.
Run the reset keepalive packets count command to reset Keepalive packet statistics on the tunnel interface.
