When an interface receives an IGMP Leave message from a host, the switch immediately deletes the forwarding entry of the interface without waiting for aging of the forwarding entry. This is called fast leave.
The system view is displayed.
The VSI view is displayed.
Fast leave is enabled in the VSI.
By default, fast leave is disabled.
Fast leave takes effect for interfaces in a VSI only when the switch can process IGMPv2 messages.
If you do not specify group-policy when configuring fast leave, this function applies to all groups. To specify a group policy in the command, create an ACL and configure rules for the ACL before running the command. The default ACL rule denies all multicast groups. If you do not want to apply fast leave to a group, use the rule permit source any command. For details on how to configure an ACL, see ACL Configuration in the S2720, S5700, and S6700 V200R019C10 Configuration Guide - Security.
