Run info-center timestamp debugging { { date | format-date | short-date } [ precision-time { second | tenth-second | millisecond } ] | boot } [ without-timezone ]
The timestamp format of debugging messages is set.

By default, the timestamp format of debugging messages is date and debugging messages are accurate to seconds.
