Applying an Efficient VPN Policy to an Interface

Context

To use IPSec to protect data flows on an interface, apply an Efficient VPN policy to the interface. After an Efficient VPN policy is unbound from an interface, the interface does not provide IPSec protection.

Procedure

Run system-view
The system view is displayed.
Run interface interface-type interface-number
The interface view is displayed.
Run ipsec efficient-vpn efficient-vpn-name
The Efficient VPN policy is applied to the interface.

By default, no Efficient VPN policy is applied to an interface.
