Application Scenarios for Packet Filtering
Packet filtering allows the device to permit only trusted packets to pass through. The device discards any untrusted packets. This function improves network security and allows flexible network planning.
As shown in Figure 1, packet filtering can be configured to prevent mutual access between the marketing department and the R&D department and between the marketing department and the administrative department, ensuring information security.
