Application Scenario for Centralized License Control
Centralized license control is applicable to various networking scenarios.
Dual-Link Scenario
- When only two ACs exist on the network and centralized license control is enabled, one AC can be specified as the license server and the other as the license client.
- When three ACs or more exist on the network and centralized license control is enabled, a license client can form a dual-link network with another license client or the license server.
N+1 Backup Scenario
In N+1 backup scenarios, it is recommended that the backup AC be configured as the license server and primary ACs as license clients.
