The NQA Simple Network Management (SNMP) test is performed using UDP. It measures the time taken for communication between an NQA client and an SNMP agent.
The SNMP test process is as follows:
The source (SwitchA) sends a request packet to the SNMP agent (SwitchC) to obtain the system time.
Upon receiving the request packet, the SNMP agent queries the system time, constructs a reply packet, and sends it to the source.
SNMP test results and historical records are collected in test instances. You can run commands to view the test results and historical records.
