If the handshake function for online users is enabled on the device and the 802.1X client cannot exchange handshake packets with the device, the device will not receive the handshake response packets within the handshake period and then disconnect the users.
To solve the problem, run the dot1x reauthenticate command to disable periodic 802.1X re-authentication.
