CFM is a basic feature of a switch and is not under license control.

All models of S2720, S5700, and S6700 series switches support CFM.

Feature Limitations

The S5700-HI is inapplicable to the scenario where one MEP is configured at the local end and multiple RMEPs are configured at the remote end.

If the set service-mode command is run in the system view to configure the switch to work in enhanced mode and the number of CFM sessions reaches the maximum value on the S5732-H, S6720-HI, S6730-H, S6730S-H, S6730-S, and S6730S-S, the configuration may fail to be delivered due to hash conflicts. In this case, delete the configuration that fails to be delivered and use another MEP ID, RMEP ID or VLAN ID to deliver the configuration again.
