SFP+ optical port
|
For models without fan modules:
- 1 m and 3 m SFP+ passive high-speed copper cables
- 3 m and 10 m AOC cables
- 10GE SFP+ optical module and optical fiber (a maximum transmission distance of 0.4 km)
- 0.5 m and 1.5 m SFP+ dedicated stack cable
For models with fan modules:
- 1 m and 3 m SFP+ passive high-speed copper cables
- 3 m and 10 m AOC cables
- 10GE SFP+ optical module and optical fiber
- 0.5 m and 1.5 m SFP+ dedicated stack cable

- Any models of the S5735-L can set up a stack. Any models of the S5735S-L can set up a stack. Any models of the S5735S-L-M can set up a stack. The S5735S-L can set up a stack with the S5735S-L-M. The S5735-L cannot set up a stack with the S5735S-L and S5735S-L-M.
- Ports of two different types on a switch can be configured as stack ports simultaneously, except 1 Gbit/s and 10 Gbit/s ports. Each logical stack interface can contain only ports of the same rate.
- If uplink SFP optical ports on the front panel or SFP+ optical ports are used as stack ports, a switch supports a maximum of two logical stack ports, and each logical stack port supports at least one stack member port and at most four stack member ports. A switch supports a maximum of four stack member ports.
- If electrical ports or downlink SFP optical ports on the front panel are used as stack ports, a switch supports a maximum of two logical stack ports, and each logical stack port supports at least one stack member port and at most eight stack member ports. A switch supports a maximum of 16 stack member ports.
