Other: Why Is a License in Trial State? What Should I Do?
- Run the display license file-name and display esn commands in any view to check whether the ESN in the license file is the same as the actual ESN of the device.
- If the ESNs are different, use the ESN of the device to apply for a new license file, upload the new license file to the device, and activate the license file.
- If the ESNs are the same, go to step 2.
- Check whether the license file contains a license revocation code (indicated by Revoke ticket). If you have run the license revoke command, the license file enters the Trial state.
- If a revocation code is found in the license file, apply for a new license file based on this revocation code, upload the new license file to the device, and activate the license file.
- If no revocation code is found in the license file, go to step 3.
- Check whether the license file is a temporary license (whose Authorize type is demo) and whether its validity period has elapsed. If a temporary license file expires, it enters the Trial state.
- If so, use the ESN of the device to apply for a commercial license, upload the license file to the device, and activate the license file.
- If not, go to step 4.
- If the license file still cannot restore to the Normal state, contact technical support personnel.
