Global Settings

Procedure

• Set global parameters.
  1. Choose Configuration > Wireless Services > BLE > Global Settings. The Global Settings page is displayed. Set the parameters in Table 1.

     
     
     

     Table 1 Global parameters

     Parameter	Description
     Low power alarm threshold	Low power alarm threshold for BLE devices.
     Interval for APs to report monitoring information	Interval at which APs report monitoring information.

• Create a BLE device.
  1. Choose Configuration > Wireless Services > BLE > Global Settings. The Global Settings page is displayed.
  2. Click Create. On the page that is displayed, set parameters for creating a BLE device. Table 2 describes the parameters for creating a BLE device.

     
     
     

     Table 2 Parameters for creating a BLE device

     Parameter	Description
     Creation mode	Mode in which a BLE device is added.
     MAC address	MAC address of a BLE device.
     Start MAC	Start MAC address when a MAC address range is specified for adding a BLE device.
     End MAC	End MAC address when a MAC address range is specified for adding a BLE device.

  3. Click OK.
• Delete a BLE device.
  1. Choose Configuration > Wireless Services > BLE > Global Settings. The Global Settings page is displayed.
  2. Select a BLE device and click Delete.
  3. In the dialog box that is displayed, click OK.
