Usage Scenario

To resolve these problems, run the snmp-agent protocol ipv6 source-ip command to specify a source IPv6 address for receiving and responding to SNMP requests.
Precautions
After the snmp-agent protocol ipv6 source-ip command is run, the NMS can communicate with the device only through the specified IPv6 address. Therefore, ensure that there are reachable routes between the NMS and the specified source IPv6 address.
