Trap Buffer Description
A large number of users failed to go online. (slot=[Slot],onlinefail nums=[OnlineFailNum],success ratio=[OnlineSuccessPercentage]).
Due to some unknown fault caused a large number of users failed to go online.
In VS mode, this trap is supported only by the admin VS.

2.Check whether the alarm is cleared.
