Trap Buffer Description
Failed to add L2TP backup-user(Slot=[Slot],TunnelID=[TunnelID],SessionID=[SessionID],LocalIPAddress=[LocalIPAddress],PeerIPAddress=[PeerIPAddress],FailReason=[FailReason]).
Fail to add l2tp backup user, and print the information of bakcup user and the failed reason.
In VS mode, this trap is supported only by the admin VS.
