Impact on the System

If the input SSM level of the clock source is lower than the threshold, the device fails to synchronize the clock source.

Possible Causes

When the SSM control function is enabled, the input SSM level of the clock source is lower than the threshold.

Procedure

1. Run the display clock config command to view the input threshold of the clock source.

If the input threshold is displayed as dnu, no input threshold is configured. Go to Step 3.
If the input threshold is displayed as other values, go to Step 2.

2. Run the display clock source command to view the input SSM level of the clock source.

If the input SSM level is lower than the threshold, go to Step 4.
If the input SSM level is not lower than the threshold, go to Step 3.

3. Collect alarm, log, and configuration information, and contact Huawei technical support personnel.
