1. Run the display clock packet statistics command for multiple times and check whether the number of ESMC packets received on the interface that generates the alarm is increasing.
2. View the display clock config configuration on the peer device and check whether the peer interface is enabled with clock synchronization.
3. Run the clock synchronization enable interface command on the peer interface and check whether the alarm indicating ESMC packet loss on the local end is cleared.
4. Collect alarm, log, and configuration information, and contact Huawei technical support personnel.
