Impact on the System

A power failure may lead to power supply insufficiency, causing the board to reset. This indirectly affects services, and therefore this problem needs to be solved.

Possible Causes

The input voltage of a power module was below a specified threshold.

Procedure

1. Check whether the external power supply is normal. Check whether the external input of the power supply is within the input range of the power supply. If not, replace the external input of the power supply to ensure that the input of the power supply is within the normal range (180 V AC to 264 V AC). Check whether the alarm is cleared.

  • If yes, go to step 4.
  • If no, go to step 2.

2. Replace the power supply device. Then, check whether the alarm is cleared. Power off the faulty power module before replacing it.

Check whether the alarm is cleared.

  • If yes, go to step 4.
  • If no, go to step 3.

3. Collect alarm, log, and configuration information and contact Huawei technical support.

4. End.
