Impact on the System

A power failure may lead to power supply insufficiency, causing the board to reset. This indirectly affects services, and therefore this problem needs to be solved.

Possible Causes

The input fuse of a power module was faulty or the link was disconnected.

Procedure

1. Replace the power supply device. Then, check whether the alarm is cleared. Power off the faulty power supply module before replacing it. Check whether the alarm is cleared.

If yes, go to step 3.
If no, go to step 2.

2. Collect alarm, log, and configuration information and contact Huawei technical support.
