Impact on the System

The system's power supply function will not be affected, but the power supply reliability will be affected.

Possible Causes

The AC power supply module was faulty.

Procedure

1. Check whether the power supply module is well installed.

  • If so, go to Step 3.
  • If not, go to Step 2.

2. Re-install the power supply module and then check whether the alarm is cleared.

  • If so, go to Step 6.
  • If not, go to Step 4

3. Perform an active/standby switchover, and then check whether the alarm is cleared.

  • If so, go to Step 6.
  • If not, go to Step 4.

4. Replace the power supply module and check whether the alarm is cleared.

  • If so, go to Step 6.
  • If not, go to Step 5.

5. Collect trap, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support.

6. End.
