When the second 48 V power supply failed:
Services will not be affected, but power supply reliability is low.
When one or both power supplies failed:
The power supply failure may lead to power supply insufficiency, which may cause board resetting due to loss of heartbeat packets. This indirectly affects services, and therefore this problem needs to be solved.
When both of the two PMUs are faulty:
Power module information cannot be monitored.
The second 48 V power supply failed.
1. Run the display device command and check whether the second power supply is unavailable.
2. Install an additional power module and check whether the trap is cleared.
3. Run the display device command and check whether the power module works properly.
4. Replace the faulty power module and check whether the alarm is cleared.
5. Collect trap, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support.
6. End.
