1. Check the environmental power supply information. Run the display alarm all command to check whether the power supply voltage alarm hwVoltFallingAlarm is generated on the port.
2. Handle the power supply alarm, and then check whether the alarm is cleared.
3. Check the voltage information of the board where the optical module is located, and check whether the voltage alarm information appears on the NMS.
4. Handle the voltage alarm, and then check whether the alarm is cleared.
5. Replace the optical module to check whether the alarm is cleared.
6. Replace the optical module board to check whether the alarm is cleared.
7. Collect trap, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support.
