Impact on the System

Possible Causes

Obtaining the manufacture information about the power supply module failed.

Procedure

1. Run the display device command to check whether the power supply module functions normally.

If so, go to Step 3.
If not, go to Step 2.

2. Replace the power supply module and check whether the alarm is cleared.

If so, go to Step 4.
If not, go to Step 3.

3. Collect trap, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support.
