Impact on the System

1. If dual MPUs are used, no services are affected but reliability is degraded.

2. If a single MPU is used, the boards in the chassis may be reset abnormally or the chassis may be disconnected, affecting services.

Possible Causes

The Lanswitch chip on the board failed.

Procedure

1. Check whether the board has been reset of powered off. If the board is not reset or powered off, and some services are normal, go to step 4.

2. Power off the board, and then power on the board.

3. If the alarm persists, go to step 4.
