1. Check whether the bandwidths of the FlexE physical interfaces in the FlexE group are the same.
2. Check whether the FlexE physical interfaces in the group support forcible switchover or auto-sensing.
3. Run the port-speed command or insert an optical module to ensure that the bandwidths of the FlexE physical interfaces in the group are the same. Then check whether the alarm is cleared.
4. Re-select physical interfaces and bind them in the group to ensure that the bandwidths of the physical interfaces are the same. Then, check whether the alarm is cleared.
5. Collect alarm, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel.
