Trap Buffer Description

Port split configuration has changed on the card.(hwEntityPhysicalIndex=[hwEntityPhysicalIndex], EntPhysicalIndex=[EntPhysicalIndex], EntPhysicalName=[entPhysicalName].)

The interface hash configuration on the subcard is changed.

In VS mode, this trap is supported only by the admin VS.
