In VS mode, this trap is supported only by the admin VS.

This alarm is supported only on NetEngine 8000 F1A.

Impact on the System

The quality of the specified multicast channel is poor.

Possible Causes

The outbound RTP-LR of the channel exceeds the threshold.

Procedure

1.According to the eMDI statistical information to confirm the fault equipment. (eMDI does not differentiate upstream and downstream traffic. eMDI needs to globally analyze fault points on the entire network based on information about each detection point.)

2.Replace optical modules or optical fibers of faulty equipment. Then check whether the trap is cleared.

  • If the trap is cleared, go to Step 4.
  • If the trap persists, go to Step 3.

3.Collect trap, log, and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.

4.End.
