1. Run the display cfm md md-name command to view the MD and MA names of a device.

2. Perform the following sub-steps:

a. Run the cfm md md-name command to enter an MD view.
b. Run the ma ma-name command to enter the MA view of the MD.
c. Run the undo ais vlan command to delete AIS VLAN configuration. Then check whether the trap is cleared. If the trap persists, go to step 3.

3. Repeat step 2 to delete AIS VLAN configurations. Then check whether the trap is cleared. If the trap persists, go to step 4.

4. Collect alarm information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
