1. Run the display this command on the AC (sub-)interface of the CSG to view the PW state (primary or secondary) and on the AC (sub-)interface of the RSG to view the PW state (primary or backup) to check if the configurations on the two ends of each PW match.
2. Reconfigure the primary, secondary, and bypass PWs on the CSG and RSG and check whether the alarm is cleared.
3. Collect alarm information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
