1. Run the display ip routing-table command to check whether the source and destination IPv4 addresses of the IPv4 VXLAN tunnel are reachable.
2. Configure a static or dynamic route so that the source and destination IPv4 addresses of the IPv4 VXLAN tunnel are reachable. Then run the display vxlan tunnel command to check whether the IPv4 VXLAN tunnel goes up.
3. Collect log and configuration information, and contact Huawei technical support personnel.
