1. Run the display device command to check whether the interface board can properly register.
If the interface board fails to register, the board hardware is faulty. Replace the board.
If the interface board can properly register after being reset, and no link fault has occurred, go to Step 2.
2. Run the display ptp all command to check whether the device is in the local state.
If so, go to Step 3.
If not, go to Step 6.
3. Run the display ptp all command to check whether the external BITS status is normal.
If so, go to Step 4.
If not, go to Step 6.
4. Run the ptp clock-source local priority1 priority1-value command to correctly configure clock attributes for the device.
5. After the configuration is complete, run the display ptp all command to check whether the device is still in the local state.
If so, go to Step 6.
If not, go to Step 7.
6. Collect trap, log, and configuration information, and contact Huawei technical support personnel.
