Procedure

1. Run the display current-configuration command to check whether the CCM priorities on both ends are the same.

If they are the same, go to Step 3.
If they are different, go to Step 2.

2. Run the cc exp command to reconfigure the CCM priorities on both ends, and check whether the alarm is cleared.

If the alarm is cleared, go to Step 4.
If the alarm is not cleared, go to Step 3.

3. Collect log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
