Impact on the System

A primary/secondary link switchover may be triggered.

Possible Causes

The intervals between sending CCMs were different on both ends.

Procedure

1. Run the display current-configuration command to check whether the intervals between sending CCMs on both ends are the same.

  • If they are the same, go to Step 3.
  • If they are different, go to Step 2.

2. Run the cc interval command to reconfigure the intervals between sending CCMs on both ends, and check whether the alarm is cleared.

  • If the alarm is cleared, go to Step 4.
  • If the alarm is not cleared, go to Step 3.

3. Collect log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.

4. End.
