A VXLAN tunnel between the UP and CP went Down.

In VS mode, this trap is supported only by the admin VS.

Impact on the System

The communication between UP and CP fails.

Possible Causes

A VXLAN tunnel between the CP and UP was down in the CU separation scenario.

Procedure

1.Check whether the device is running properly.

  • If the device is running properly, go to Step 3.
  • If the device is running abnormally, restart the device and then go to Step 2.

2.Check whether the trap message is cleared.

  • If the trap message is cleared, go to Step 4.
  • If the trap message persists, go to Step 3.

4. Collect alarm, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel.

5. End.
