Procedure
1.Run the display aaa offline-record brief command in any view to check whether the cause of users going offline is User request to offline.
- If the cause of users going offline is User request to offline, go to Step 2.
- If the cause of users going offline is not User request to offline, users went offline unexpectedly, go to Step 4.
2.Run the display domain domain-name command in the system view to display user-stack warning-threshold, and check whether the lower threshold is too high.
- If the lower threshold is too high, go to Step 3.
- If the lower threshold is not too high, go to Step 4.
3.Reset the lower threshold,check whether the trap is cleared.
- If the trap is cleared, go to Step 5.
- If the trap persists, go to Step 4.
4.Collect trap, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel.
5.End.
