Due to some unknown fault caused a large number of users failed to go online.

In VS mode, this trap is supported only by the admin VS.

This alarm is supported only on NetEngine 8000 F1A.

Procedure

1.Run the display aaa online-fail-record command to check the cause for user login failure and resolve the problem according to the specific cause.

2.Check whether the alarm is cleared.

  • If the alarm is cleared, go to Step 4.
  • If the alarm persists, go to step 3.

3.Collect log and configuration information, and contact Huawei technical support personnel.
