Impact on the System

Services will not be affected. However, the alarm needs attention. If the percentage continues to increase, IPv6 addresses will be exhausted and users cannot obtain addresses from the IPv6 address pool.

Possible Causes

The user number has passed the threshold.

Procedure

1. Check the usage of the IPv6 address pool bound to the domain and check whether addresses are adequate for users who access the Internet through this domain.

  • If the addresses are enough, delete the alarm manually.
  • If the addresses are not enough, go to Step 2.

2. Bind a new IPv6 address pool to the domain.

3. Check whether the alarm persists.

  • If the alarm persists, go to Step 4.
  • If not, go to Step 5.

4. Collect alarm information, log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.

5. End.
