Trap Buffer Description

The unnumbered interface has been deleted. (PoolNo.=[PoolNo],PoolName=[PoolName])

After the local address pool is configured, the borrow interface is deleted.

In VS mode, this trap is supported only by the admin VS.

This alarm is supported only on NetEngine 8000 F1A.

Impact on the System

Gateway unnumbered is unavailable. The default gateway cannot be allocated to users.

Possible Causes

Gateway unnumbered is configured in the local address pool and a GE Interface is configured as the address-lending interface. An alarm is generated when the board with the address-lending interface is pulled out and another board is inserted.

Procedure

1. Reinsert the board with the address-lending interface, and then check whether the alarm is cleared.

If yes, go to step 3.
If not, go to step 2.

2. Collect alarm information, log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
