In VS mode, this trap is supported only by the admin VS.

1.Run the ip-pool command in the relevant pool group view to bind a pool with a large number of idle addresses, or run the section section-num start-ip-address [ end-ip-address ] command to increase the number of addresses in the pool, and then check whether the alarm is cleared.
