The number of multicast users from GE has reach 95% of the threshold. (Slot = [slotid],Threshold= [threshold],SlotID = [slotindex])
The number of multicast users who go online from a GE/VE interface exceeded 95% of the maximum number of users supported by the board.
In VS mode, this trap is supported only by the admin VS.
