Possible Causes

A CMU was removed.

Procedure

1. Check whether the CMU needs to be re-inserted.

If the CMU needs to be re-inserted, go to Step 2.
If the CMU does not need to be re-inserted, go to Step 4.

2. Re-insert the CMU and check whether the trap is cleared.

If the trap is cleared, go to Step 4.
If the trap persists, go to Step 3.

3. Collect trap, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel.
