Causes 1: Auto-negotiation configurations at the local end are inconsistent with those at the peer end.
Causes 2: The local ability of speed configuration and duplex configuration is not compatible with the peer.
Causes 3: The physical connection between the local and peer ends is unstable.
1.Check whether auto-negotiation configurations at the local end are consistent with those at the peer end.
2.Check the local speed configuration and duplex configuration is fit to the peer inconsistencies or not.
3.Check whether the physical connection between the local and peer ends is normal.
4.Collect alarm information, log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
