Trap Buffer Description

DHCP client received an ARP packet with a conflict IP address. (IPAddress=[ipAddr], MACAddress=[mac-address], Interface=[ifName])

The DHCP client receives the ARP reply packet about the IP address conflict, which records the allocated IP address, interface's MAC address, and interface name.
