1. Check whether the bandwidths configured for the clients at both ends are the same.
2. Run the flexe-bandwidth or binding interface time-slot command to set the same bandwidth for the FlexE interfaces at both ends. Then check whether the alarm is cleared.
3. Check whether the flexe group is in static mode.
4. Run the binding interface time-slot command to set the timeslot IDs of the local and peer interfaces to the same value. Then, check whether the alarm is cleared.
5. Run the display this interface command to check whether the FlexE physical interfaces connected to the two ends are Up. If not, restore the FlexE physical interfaces to the Up state. Check whether the alarm is cleared.
6. Collect alarm, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel.
