Trap Buffer Description

The board cannot receive pst broadcast packet from other boards. (EntPhysicalIndex=[EntPhysicalIndex], EntPhysicalName=[EntPhysicalName].)

The alarm is generated when a board does not receive PST messages from other boards.

In VS mode, this trap is supported only by the admin VS.

Impact on the System

The board cannot receive pst broadcast packets from others, and save wrong pst information, which will make load-balance, frr and trunk traffic abnormal.

Possible Causes

The alarm is generated when board cannot receive pst broadcast packet from others.

Procedure

Collect alarm information, log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
